  17. High Purity Liquid Nitrogen is used for the Ethoxylation & Propoxylations process.
  18. Well spread Covered ware house with the mechanised material handling facility like Fork Lifts, Hydraulic Dock leveller, Electrical Stackers, Pallet trucks etc..
  19. Capability of handling all the export disciplines like 20Ft, 40Ft containers, ISO tanks with customer specific packing modules.

  2. Adequately covered Fire Hydrant Water facility for the process & Tank Farm and water reservoirs
  3. Hydrocarbon Gas detection systems around flammable & explosive chemical storage and process areas.
  4. Trained Emergency Response Team(ERT) Members with First Aid Training, available round the clock at operations for safeguarding the process & operations
  5. Well trained process operations team in all sections
  6. All necessary Personal Protective Equipment’s (PPE’s) made available for operations and the Fire Extinguishers are placed in appropriate places
  7. Hazop studies have been carried out for all the process and operations by the external experts
  8. Periodic Mock Drills have been carried out to get the operational team alert for possible emergency during operations
  9. Diesel Generator & Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) for emergency backup

Environmental Management Capabilities

  1. Primary, Secondary & Tertiary treatment system for the waste water streams and discharge to central effluent treatment plant.
  2. All the Process vents are connected to water & Alkali scrubber systems.
