MAgik54 is a 100% active pigmentary synergist agent used in conjunction with MASPARSH polymeric dispersant to improvepigment dispersion and stability in liquidorganic media.This additive provides better absorption of dispersing additives on thesurface of Phthalocyanine Pigment and on Carbon Blacks thus supporting the efficiency of wetting and dispersing additives.
In the above applications,the followingbenefits are achieved:
MAgik54 should beadded to the polymeric MASPARSH/ resin/solvent mixture and distributed evenly with stirring. Add the pigment in stages, then millin the normal manner.
The amount of MAgik54 synergist required is related to the particular pigment being dispersed;
and is quoted as a ratio of polymeric /synergist.
