1998

  1. Seeds of the mallak tree was sowed in 1998 on a 2100 sqmtr MIDC Land
  2. First plant for production of 3 tons per month of phthalocyanine pigments

2001

  1. Started OEM Manufacturing business for CIBA Speciality chemicals in 2001
  2. Executed First Export order to United Kingdom

2002

  1. Expansion of production capacity to 30 tons per month
  2. Expanded global marketing footprints in more than 21 countries

2005

  1. Initiated expansion of production capacity to 100 tons per month
  2. Cracked the R&D development of surface treatment technology using substituted Chromosphore pigment Synergists for making High performance pigments
  3. EOU (Export oriented Unit) Status

2009

  1. Successfully commissioned 5000 TPA expansion
  2. Expanded global markets to more than 34 countries and prestigious customers like SUN Chemical, Toyo , Siegwerk, Flint, Sakata

2013

  1. Got National Award from Ministry of commerce and industry for highest export revenue
  2. Invested State of art 2 Million USD ETP with visionary

2015

  1. Got Environmental clearance for 21 product categories
  2. Got pollution water discharge license for 2.7 MLD
  3. Got Direct to sea discharge license
  4. Got MPCB Consent to Establish
  5. Got Explosive license

2017

  1. Started overseas office in UAE and branch office in China
  2. Started Alfa blue factory 150 Tons per month
  3. Started Fully automated EO/PO Ethoxylation Propoxylation factory 2000 tons per month
  4. Got Consent to operate license from MPCB

2018-2019

  1. Started Chloroethanol factory
  2. Started Ester factory
  3. Started world’s largest HPP Quinapthalone Y138 Factory with Backward intregration
  4. Started High performance pigment factory for Isoindoline and Benzimidazolone pigments
  5. Started pharma and pigment intermediate factory
  6. Invested in state of art Analytical laboratory with GC, HPLC, Head space GC, UV Vis
