MASPARSH 55004is a 100% active polymeric dispersant which will improve pigment dispersion and stability in liquid organic media.
In the above applications, the following benefits are achieved:
The Masparsh 55004 should be dissolved in the millbase resin ( Nitrocellulose ,Polyurethane ,Polyamide ) / solvent like Ethanol, Ethoxy propanol ) before the addition of pigments.
Addition levels should be based on the surface area of the pigment / filler. The dosage level is typically 2mg active dispersant per square meter of pigment surface area. This is simply the surface area divided by 5.We recommend around 3-5% dosage based on Pigment blue 15.4 , Pigment magenta red 57:1 ,Pigment Yellow 13, Pigment Carbon black , Pigment blue 15:4, Pigment green 7 , Pigment blue 15.3 , Pigment Yellow 14 ,Pigment carbazole violet 23
